C&J Creators LLC ("we", "us") runs Manifest YouTube Lab and its 1-on-1 YouTube coaching. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you apply for coaching, fill in one of our forms (including forms on Facebook or Instagram) or book a call, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, your YouTube channel link, and your answers to our application questions.

How we use it

Only to review your application, contact you about coaching, schedule and run your call, and send you reminders about it.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We only share it with the services we use to run our business (for example our calendar, email and form tools), so they can do that job for us.

Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies and measurement tools (such as the Meta pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and how our ads perform.

How long we keep it

While we are in contact with you about coaching, and for a reasonable time after that for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
